Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC) is delighted to have won the Municipal Services Award (MSA) for the “Restoring Peace & Harmony in Sin Ming” at the MSO 10th anniversary celebration on 1st October 2024.

Receiving the MSA (Team category) from the Senior Minister of State for National Development, Ms Sim Ann, we congratulate the project team spearheaded by BTPTC, in collaboration with BESM Citizens Consultative Committee (CCC), Sin Ming Court Residents' Network (SMCRN), People's Association (PA) and National Parks Board (NParks).

MSA (Community Category) Winner for the project “Clean & Clear Corridors. Safe Spaces for All”. Spearheaded by BESM Community Emergency & Engagement Committee (C2E), in collaboration with Bishan East Zone 1 Residents' Network (Z1RN), People’s Association (PA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), National Environment Agency (NEA), Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Bishan Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC).

Spearheaded by Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC), in collaboration with Housing Development Board (HDB), National Environment Agency (NEA), People's Association (PA) and Toa Payoh Central Zone 5 Residents' Network (TPCZ5RN).
