  • I'm writing in to compliment Mr Teo Wei Hao for his prompt service and response in the two occasions that I have encountered issues in my unit. The first occasion was some time in Dec 2024 when we encountered leaking from the external facade of the AC window panel during the very rainy season. Though we were unable to reach him quickly as he was on leave during the time of the discovery, he promptly attended to us once he was back to work. He linked us up with the facade paint contractor and we were able to reach a quick resolution on patching up the external wall. Just last night, my master bath/toilet had a chokage, and after failing to get hold of the HDB officer in charge of our precinct, I dropped Wei Hao an email with my issue and asked if he would be able to help. He called me and got hold of a plumber to visit my unit, who advised that I would have to remove the toilet bowl to resolve the choke for a fee. We did not proceed, and Wei Hao called me after the plumber had updated him, and requested for my permission to give my contact to the HIP team to get in touch with me. Also kudos to the HIP team who contacted us almost immediately and promptly resolved the choke without further questions. From my first email to Wei Hao at 8.30am to the time the HIP team came and resolved the choke at about 5.30pm, it took just about 9 hours, and all because he bothered to make a few phone calls to help. Thank you.
