Our popular hawker centers have become part of the proud heritage of this GRC/SMC, and much-loved 'community dining room' where residents bond and interact over great food and company.

Riding on these gastronomical hotspots as publicity platforms, Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council has been working closely with various government agencies in effective outreach and extending help to residents through eye-cayching table-top sticker message and standees.
